With laundry complete, it's on to the four hour drive to Belgium.
With a lot of "recalculating route" from the navigation in our rental car, we made it to Brugge. We parked outside our hotel and went in to check in. In the meantime, a cop came by and wrote a ticket, but Mike noticed him and had the hotel clerk come out and get him to take it away.
Mike said it sounded like the cop was lecturing her.
So here's where we're staying. After a quick unpack we head out to explore and have dinner.

Mike opted for a Belgian Waffle for dessert.
